Can Gemenut: Renovated farmhouse, located 100m from the sea in the centre of Platja d'Aro (Playa de Aro). The house consists of two floors (total area 150m2), with a private garden (100 m2) as well as a parking space. Sleeps up to 10 people.  with private garden of 100 m2 and two parking spaces. It has capacity for 10 people. Rural style furniture, doors and windows. Stone walls in most rooms

Ground floor: very bright, south-facing entrance hall; large kitchen and living room, both with Catalan vaulted ceilings, and a dining room. Stone staircase. WC in the garden.

First floor: 5 double bedrooms (three with double beds and two with twin beds); two fully-equipped bathrooms (with shower) and a study.

Installations: heating, TV and DVD, kitchen with electric induction cooker and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and iron. Small child’s folding bed available. Kitchen equipment and bedclothes included.
