Reservations can be made by phone.

• Depending on availability, pre-booking reservations can be made.

• Upon making a reservation, you will be asked to send us 20% of the cost of your stay.

• Payment of the booking deposit will be made by bank transfer.

• You shall be required to deposit a further 20% of the total price of the booking as a (or guarantee) which shall be refunded upon departure, once the house and contents have been checked.

Pre-booking
 

• A pre-booking reservation shall only be considered valid once the deposit is received.

• If the deposit does not arrive within a reasonable time, the pre-booking shall be cancelled.

• Payment of the remaining 80% of the booking shall be made upon arrival at the or the . This payment will be made in cash, in euros.

Cancellations
 

• For cancellations made at least three weeks before the date of arrival, the entire amount drawn under $20 will be refunded as processing fee.

• For cancellations made less than three weeks after the deadline, will not return the deposit, but the deposit.
