The reservations can be done by phone.

• If there is availability, we will make a pre-booking.

• At this time, we will ask you to send us a deposit of 20% of the total booked stay.

• Payment for the reservation will be made by bank transfer.

• This 20% that has been sent for the reservation of the house will remain as a guarantee or bond that will be returned on the day of departure, after checking the state of the house and the furnishings.

The pre-booking

• The pre-booking will only be considered a valid booking once the deposit has been received. In the event that the deposit does not arrive within a reasonable time, the pre-booking will be cancelled.

• At the time of receiving the keys, the total of the rent will be paid. The reservation made remains in deposit as a deposit that is returned at the time of returning the keys. This payment will be in cash (euros).

Cancellations

• For cancellations that are made at least four weeks before the date of arrival, the entire amount will be returned minus 40 euros as a processing fee.

• For cancellations made with less than four weeks notice, the deposit will not be returned.
